About
OneWorld South Asia Open Archive gives access to peer-reviewed papers by authors across globe.The repository aims to:
- reduce access barriers to research outputs on ICT for development domain.
- provide an Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting compliant service, ensuring records are readily searchable and retrievable.
- bring together material currently distributed through various channels.
- provide an open access platform.
What can be uploaded to the repository?
This repository archives scholarly papers on ICT enabled development* that:
- have been published.
- have been published in a peer-reviewed journal or have been accepted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
- have copyright clearance.
Who can upload articles to the repository?
Authors of the article can directly upload the article to the repository. Third party submissions are also acceptable and in some cases you may also send your articles to us for uploading.
Copyright Information
The archive accepts published articles from the authors of the article where copyright lies with the author for online publishing. The majority of publishers support the right of authors to make their own work available online. In some cases it will be necessary to seek archiving permission directly from the publisher concerned. To check whether it will be possible to self-archive your research paper, it may be helpful to read the copyright agreement you signed when you published your paper.
All Intellectual Property Rights related responsibilities lie with the contributor of the article and not with the archive administration.
